Stand in each room at the time of day you would actually live there. West-facing glass on SG Highway towers can mean heat. Cross-ventilation matters in older west-zone blocks without central cooling.

Factor society rules, labour logistics in high-rises, and the months you will pay both rent and EMI. Heritage or pol property in Central Zone has additional constraints.
